Management With Targets

 

The Performance System we enforce in our company consists of all the procedures carried out related with directing employees towards corporate targets by taking such targets to their levels; watching and evaluating their performance; and determining their developmental needs.

 

 

Objective:

  • Our objectives can be listed as follows; Lead our employees towards their individual targets in line with corporate targets and aims,
  • Clarify expectations related to targets and evaluate the performance shown in accordance with such expectations,
